This is a stunning Star Block design that uses the Tri-Recs Rulers.  The "cut off angle" makes it easy to align and sew accurately.  The rulers include the 1/4" seam allowance for more accurate piecing.

Eleanor Burns' simple strip piecing and famous quick-sew techniques, allow you to create your own Radiant Star Quilt in a variety of sizes and in either a four color or six color star.  Sew straight strips together and then quickly cut into "diamonds" to create the star design.  The Radiant Star, also known as a Lone Star, Texas Star and Star of Bethlehem, has long been a favorite among quilt lovers.

This is the most traditional looking version of the Trip Around the World Quilt.  This is a simple strip method of sewing strips together and cutting them apart in different widths.  Unlike the traditional method there are no opposing seams to match!

PINEAPPLE EXPRESS

This version of the Pineapple Block is related more towards the "geese in the corner" style of log cabin, than it is a true pineapple block.  On this block the triangle corners are only sewn to two opposite diagonal  sides instead of all four.  It makes up into a beautiful quilt that can be finished with or without sashing for a unique look.
